Citibank Personal Loans

Problem: Citibank needed to increase their personal loan division. With competitive rates, they didn’t understand why consumers were reluctant to apply. 

Solution: By first understanding that consumers was intimidated at the thought of applying for a loan, as well as unclear of the benefits, we created a campaign that simplified the loan process by associating it with familiar experiences 

Results: The campaign beat projected response rate by 250%. Conversion rate rose by 85%
